One to three pounds of our German extra-hardy garlic. These large heads are great for cooking or for using as seed garlic. They are also excellent storage garlic. This is an easy-peeling garlic with a pungent but not overpowering flavor.
We’re proud to say our garlic has one first place in the Carlton County Fair in 2021, 2023 and 2024.
Garlic details:
- Price: One pound is $14 or buy three pounds for $12 a pound.
- Pickup: Orders can be picked up at our Friday Farm Standor at one of our CSA pickup locations on Tuesdays.
Order details:
- Orders must be placed by midnight, Monday, to allow for harvest.
- Your order will be put in a box that will be labeled with your name on it.
- Available only to Rising Phoenix CSA members.
- Pickup of orders will be with regular CSA orders at designated locations.
- If this week is not your week to pick up, you’ll need to come to your pickup location to get your extras.
